Peter Boyle died yesterday. He was 71.
I’m not sure I’ve ever seen an episode of Everybody Loves Raymond, but I know for certain that I DID love Peter Boyle. I will miss him.
I haven’t quite figured out how to post video to WordPress yet, so I’m offering you this link instead. THIS is what I think of when I think of Mr. Boyle, and even though I’ve seen this movie countless times, this scene still makes me laugh.
*in other news, there really isn’t any other news right now. We’ve still not heard back from Dudley, so we don’t have any information about whether he wants us to be with him or when (or if) there will be services for April. I imagine that he’s hunkered down right now with his sons, and that’s exactly as it should be. Of course, I’ll keep you posted.
