		<description>I&#039;ve had to give up the laundry basket hauling too.  I use big nylon bags with drawstring closures on them.  Gravity gets the full of dirty clothes bags down the stairs.   I fold clothes and sort them into smaller bags for the trip back upstairs.  Pillowcases work well for sheets and towels too.  I&#039;m not getting any better about hoping my back doesn&#039;t go out for no good reason.  Sometimes standing still will give me a twinge. 

I&#039;ve taken to sitting on small pieces of plywood in the car, those bucket seats are a killer.</description>
