just warning you that my own version of YNG was none too sympathetic to injuries…i know, very yogic, right?

I’ve had to give up the laundry basket hauling too. I use big nylon bags with drawstring closures on them. Gravity gets the full of dirty clothes bags down the stairs. I fold clothes and sort them into smaller bags for the trip back upstairs. Pillowcases work well for sheets and towels too. I’m not getting any better about hoping my back doesn’t go out for no good reason. Sometimes standing still will give me a twinge.

I’ve taken to sitting on small pieces of plywood in the car, those bucket seats are a killer.
