Your knees are "a tiny bit tender" now? Well, my condolences to MISTER Chili! ;)

(Yes, I do always have to go there :) )

Oh, BTW, twoblue, you're right - Geddy Lee's voices can be grating. I try to gloss over it and just enjoy the music behind it, particularly Neil Peart's drumming.

Damn, here I am passing by to see what happened at the docs and you havent been yet...these time zones are a nuisance arent they... I strongly recommend arnica, but not on broken skin, I use it on bruises.
The cure-all in our house is Aloe Vera, which is an unprepossessing looking spiky succulent plant which does its best to stab me when I want to water it or move it. But if you slice open a fat leaf it releases a gooey sap which is antiseptic and feels great on sore skin and wounds. So all you have to do is stick your head in a cactus afterwards...
good luck

I can't fill you in on Dexter because I only started watching it a few weeks ago. It is a good show, but I have to tell you I find that show very disturbing. I'm not the least bit squeamish or anything but the "matter of factness" of that character is very disturbing.

PS - my kids are doing the same thing as yours. We call them street angels/home devils. And the bullying thing is driving me nuts. There is a girl who is picking on my daughter. Not too bad, just a little bit. We've addressed it and the teacher is separating them. Thankfully, the other girl is in a different class so it doesn't happen often. The bad thing is that they both have injuries and are sitting out PE. They can do homework in the bleachers. Yesterday, this little kid poked my daughter in her broken arm and said, "does this hurt?" Well. Yeah! It hurts. So now the PE teacher is getting a letter from me. Sheesh.

(Unfortunately, this is a fine line, because I know my daughter is not completely innocent...)

We only eat really good food here. Nothing to be afraid of. I won't feed you anything with legs still attached. And I promise to wear shoes, most of the time. Well, at least at the walmarts.

Brand new Rush album sounds like super good travel listening for the 'Bama trip.

Go to Television Without Pity (dot com), they have recaps for all of Dexter so you can check it all out. They've recapped the unexpurgated Showtime version, too, so you'll get all the Unsuitable for Network content.

I must admit I never could stand Getty Lee's singing voice, at least I think that's the name of Rush's singer.

I never could get into Grisham's writing.

Good luck with the medicos.
