- What I'm Reading: I'm looking forward to reading again. I've picked up Me Talk Pretty One Day by David Sedaris and am making my way, chuckling, through the stories. As I ease back into my professional life, I'll be reading much more. Watch this space...

One of things I noticed yesterday when you dropped off your marvelous children was that YOU seemed so much more alive, more present, more engaged in life than I’ve seen in a long time. I am so glad you’re there enjoying yourself. Love!
Good for you! Good for all the Chili family!
Doesn’t get much better, does it?
I am exhaling, too.

xo
Keep breathing. Just keep breathing.
Yay for a getaway!
We actually made it to two different beaches today. A quiet time at Racing Beach (which faces Buzzard’s Bay), a quick lunch at home with roll-up sandwiches from Lunch Box, and off to “our” beach: Acapeskett Beach.
The kids really like “Crab City” at Acapeskett. They dangle strings with bait (mostly clams), and catch the crabs for later release after a spell in a plastic bucket full of seawater. We got out the kayaks, and paddled around in the protected waters of Green Pond (quite a breezy day, the ocean side of the beach was too rough for paddling).
Extra family showed up, so it was quite a fest. Four little girls and one little boy.
In short, the Chili clan, minus one (a missed one), are getting the full Cape Cod treatment, and will be sent home recharged
I am so happy that TwoBlueDay is taking such good care of you and yours. Just remember to inhale again and then you will be breathing. Yay for Mrs Chili
