Citizen’s Bank’s ads tell us that they believe “good banking is good citizenship.” I find that a bit ironic as they’ve been sucking five bucks from my IRA for a year now, plus two bucks for a “statement fee,” and didn’t bother to tell me until they succeeded in withdrawing $65 dollars that they “can’t” rebate.
Call me old fashioned, but I don’t think stealing from your customers is particularly good citizenship.
Personally, I wouldn’t bank with any institution having the work “bank” in their name… they are all rip-off artists.
