If all of the churches gave out copies of The Random House Dictionary of the English Language instead of the Bible, wouldn’t we all be more on the same page?

You’re talking my kind of religion. No truer words ever said or heard, I’ve got your back too.

Religion is religion. They have to buy into and believe it for whatever reason. My version of faith looks more like yours.

Surprisingly, I didn’t hear anything about Kristallnacht on NPR yesterday. There was more than ample coverage about the anniversary of the Berlin Wall coming down. How soon forgotten.

I’m not sure what comment I can leave! We feel the same about the Chili clan, and I ain’t kidding!

We, my clan, will get through today, this sad anniversary, as we have gotten through all the days this past year.

Everyone has days when loss is most keenly felt, and many people have far more of them than I do.

thanks for reminding me! My brother gave me a kit to make hand- and footprints with Charlotte and it came with that verse. I read it on like day 3, cried and then lost it in the shuffle of new baby stuff and goings-on. I’ll have to dig it out of the closet before she gets any older! What a great poem.
