I got on the scale today.
I’ve been doing really well with the exercise, but I guess maybe it’s time to start logging my food again. I’m willing to chalk this upward fluctuation to my being a girl (yes, that’s a thing; I had no idea, when I started this adventure, how much the number on the scale can move in such short spans of time. Water retention is a bitch, y’all), but I’m not confident that I haven’t been underestimating how much (or how often) I’ve been eating. Add the fact that I’ve been feeling professionally dissatisfied (again… or maybe ‘still’), and I’m thinking that it’s maybe time to get careful again.
